المشروع الناجح يحتاج إلى فهم للسوق وقيمة واضحة للعميل ونموذج إيرادات واقعي وتنفيذ منظم وقدرة على التعلم والتطوير. لذلك أتعامل مع كل مشروع باعتباره منظومة قرارات مترابطة لا مجموعة خدمات منفصلة.A successful project needs market understanding, clear customer value, a realistic revenue model, organized execution, and the ability to learn and improve. That is why I treat every project as one connected system of decisions, not a set of separate services.
